It was another crazy week at work, where I could have gone a whole week without doing anything new. This blog pushed me though to really think about something I will do and even though I really didn’t feel like it – I still went food shopping and ended up making Protein Balls (without the Protein) on Sunday night.
I was always curious how they are made as they are sold for $4-5/ball in shops.
It’s super easy – all you need is a food processor to grind the nuts.
I found a super simple recipe – first grinding the nuts, mixing in dates, then cocoa powder and a little bit of coconut milk and TADAAAA you’re done 🙂
aaand they are super delicious!
