As I moved to a new area and finished my Marathon training, I had to find a new gym. Therefore joined F45 with MT, a friend from work. The training is something I haven’t really done before, as until now I was doing mostly my own stuff in the gym (without knowing much about muscle groups, training techniques, etc).
F45 is specialised in 45 minute sessions – only classes, no weight training, but focused 45 minutes cardio and resistance classes. At first I was a little reluctant, but love to try new things so we gave it a shot for a free trial. I absolutely loved it. The 45 minutes gets your heartrate going, you are drenched after a session and you utilise all your muscle groups fairly equally.
