This opportunity kind of fell in my lap.

On the CEMS Surfcamp last week I ran into an Alumni who works for FlareHR, a startup which just launched. The concept is pretty simple, they offer a full HR solution for your company for free and make their money if one of the employees signs up for their recommended superfund.

At first I didn’t know the opportunity which was there, but a short chat with our founder showed that she was just looking into something to manage the company’s performance reviews so the full HR solution fit right in.

Before I knew what happened I was already scoping out other solutions and building up & automating the company’s full HR process from onboarding, performance reviews to employee benefits.
