This week I played the first Mixed Volleyball Tournament, which was lots of fun and we even reached the Quarter Finals with Robby.

Another first time experience was my first ever Personal Training session in the gym. I received a package of 3 sessions for free when I signed up. You have to note that I haven’t done weights for more than half a year. In my first personal training the trainer, Zac, pushed me so hard, when he asked me if the same time next week is ok, I went to check my phone and Could Not lift my phone, because my arm just wouldn’t let me.

Needless to say I had a muscle ache for the next 3 days.
