This week was fun again with lots of small new little things.

I joined Fitness First and started going to classes. That was new. I have often heard about how good gym classes are and wanted to try them out myself, so I tried a couple. XT was just a normal circle training class (still challenging though!) and boxing was similar to kickboxing which I did years ago, so I didn’t really feel like I tried something new.

So on Sunday I decided to go to a class which I’ve never been to, SXT. SXT is resistence training with your own body weight by using straps hanging from the ceiling.
Additionally, I also played a round of Golf, which was new but just not that exciting. Golf is really not my kind of “sport”.
